persons to take reasonable and practical steps to ensure the safe use of electrical
equipment as stated in the Electricity at Work Act. It is essential that proper,
detailed, documented and scheduled maintenance is carried out to all portable appliances.

company stays compliant. All PAT engineers carry the C&G 2377 qualification and every
appliance tested will have its own ID label with prescribed information. A certificate
and record of testing is provided upon completion.
